Okay, okay I confess that I heard of the Stones Throw project OJ Simpson from Madlib (Otis Jackson) and Guilty Simpson about a year ago. How is this possible? Well if you subscribe to the Stones Throw newsletter then on July 30, 2008 at the very bottom was this little tidbit:

Now is the time to sample the product of this collaboration with the singles, Coroner’s Music/OJ Simpson on the Stones Throw digital store with the vinyl coming soon followed by the full album hopefully this fall.
