E3 Wrap-up Complete

Finally finished adding all of the games I played at E3. I have added approximately 60 games and my first impression of each game. Some bad, some good but overall a great experience at E3 this year. There is a lot to go through and the easiest way to do it is using the search and putting in, “First Impression” in the search box and it will bring up all of the games that I reviewed. The Wii Broke My Glee

Well I had a E3 itinerary all set and ready for the last day at E3 and the Nintendo Wii had to kill it. I was in line for 2 hours or more then once I got in I had to wait in line to play the games. I did not get out of the Nintendo room until 3:30 pm and E3 was over at 4:00 pm. On the good side though I am now anticipating the Wii because I had a great time with it. The controller is pretty cool and you get the hang of it pretty fast. Swinging your arms around with the controller feels natural. So back to my intinerary, the only things I got to was the Nintendo Wii of course, Square Enix Tickets to see their game footage and the EA 360 Degree Screen. Stay glued to this sight this weekend and next week as I update it with all the games and photos from E3 2006.

Dark Side of the Ecliptic Sight @ E3

Usually on my sight I try to highlight games, films, events and more that I find great or informative. Even in my about page/mission statement I say that I want to only give positive feedback on the items or stories that I post. At E3 I want to talk about all the games that I play some good, some bad and some that make you wonder how did they get funding for that. That’s right folks for this event I will bring you E3 uncut and raw. I will give you my honest feedback on all demos I play and that means the dark side of me will draw its head. So sit back and relax and discover new games at E3. Come to the dark side…

Firefox Madness

I have been on a recent Firefox binge thanks to UNEASYsilence.com. They put up three articles that I have adapted into my Firefox life. The first one is skinning the ‘fox with a theme called Flock. I gives you a feeling of a liquid metal dream after it is installed. The second article is about plugging up a memory leak that Firefox has by moving it to the harddrive. So far so good and it can be installed and uninstalled with no consequences. The last and most beneficial article was adding a custom Firefox search bar for my visitors on my sight (it is located in the sidebar underneath search). You can now have a little piece of Ecliptic Sight while visiting other sights. Now discover Firefox for yourself and join the party.

Total Solar Ecliptic Sight Day

There will be a total solar eclipse on March 29th, 2006. Why am I making such a big deal? You do know the name of this sight, the logo and it only happens once or twice a year, right? Well for the non-cynical types, Nasa has put up a sight called Sun-Earth Day 2006. Here is a eclipse fact from NASA: “From the Earth’s surface, the Sun’s corona (“crown”) can ONLY be seen during a total eclipse.” Wow, fine it is only interesting to me. Nasa did say corona so drink, drink.

Ecliptic Sight Posts Added

Now there is more information for you to process and discover through the search or previous entries. Discover music, games, films, events, free stuff and more.

Ecliptic Sight Has Landed

Welcome to a new experience in review sites. Ecliptic Sight was born out of a simple idea, as most things are to only give information of things that are good. There are many sites out there that have more negative reviews than positive reviews so we know what not to buy but don’t have enough content about what we should purchase. Enters Ecliptic Sight to fill that gap, to inform you about the great buys. Ecliptic Sight’s goal is to review video games, music, films, comics, events and anything else that should be recognized. Ecliptic Sight is committed to giving information on products and services that are good if not great. Ecliptic Sight does not want to waste our energy writing how bad something is while Ecliptic Sight could be using that time to find something new and exciting to bring you. Does Ecliptic Sight like everything it has bought or seen? No that would be naive; there are tons of terrible things out there. Ecliptic Sight just thinks about the saying that just about every child learns in grade school; if you don’t have anything nice to say, don’t say anything at all. This is Ecliptic Sight’s mission to bring everyone to the mind set that there are excellent video games to play, good music to listen to, great films to watch, nice comics to read and better events to attend. That is why Ecliptic Sight’s statement of: Observe The Path Of Light should make sense. It means stop dwelling on the negative and see what is good in life. So go and tell the masses.
