  • Phosphor FPS In Your Web Browser!

You won’t believe it until you try Phosphor. Launch your web browser and go to Phosphor Beta 1. Once there you may have to install Shockwave which is fairly fast. Then Phosphor starts to load up and it presents you with the standard WASD (W key forward, A key left, S key right, D key back) key layout for a first person shooter. I was amazed how smoothed the game ran and I went into settings then bumped up everything to high quality and still no lag. This is a nice little time killer when you can’t install games on your work or school computer. Time to get back to Phosphor, I mean work.

  • Metal Slug Goes 3D

Do you remember pumping all of your quarters into a large red machine that held more than one game. No, well then that large red machine that I am referring to is the Neo-Geo cabinet that had some of the greatest 2D games ever to grace those dingy arcades. The slotzo game for me that got the most play from all the games in that cabinet hands down was Metal Slug. It was and is a great side scroller that is easy to pick up but hard to put down. You choose your character and then shoot the bad guys, can not get more simpler than that. With crazy weapons, crazier enemies and the craziest boss battles, Metal Slug has gone through seven titles in this series and still going strong. Now SNK Playmore has taken the Metal Slug franchise in a different direction. Now you can get your Metal Slug fix in full fledge 3D. SNK Playmore Japanese sight has tons of screenshots for your drooling pleasure. No release date has been announced officially on the SNK Playmore USA sight but I can not wait to see how it turns out. Below you can see the characters from Metal Slug and their logo in 3D…

  • E3 Wrap-up Complete

Finally finished adding all of the games I played at E3. I have added approximately 60 games and my first impression of each game. Some bad, some good but overall a great experience at E3 this year. There is a lot to go through and the easiest way to do it is using the search and putting in, “First Impression” in the search box and it will bring up all of the games that I reviewed.
